Cr. Matthew Bourke has sent out a letter to residents seeking their feedback over the proposed subdivision of the Montrose Access site in Corinda.
 
WTSAG's primary concern at this stage is that because of the size of the land parcel, once rezoned for residential development the land could be re-sold and then redeveloped with higher density units instead of the proposed low residential housing.
